2. Operation steps from glass machine company

1. When using the water tank to supply circulating water, please change the processing water after processing every day to avoid the dirt in the water tank causing the water pipe to be blocked.

2. When changing the water, please unplug the power plug first, then take out the water tank, pour out the waste water, and clean the dust in the water tank and the filter.

3. When processing the resin sheet, a lot of foam will be generated in the water tank. When changing the processing water, add defoamer and spray 7-10 times.

The defoamer eliminates the foam produced by the plastic sheet. When there are too many bubbles, you can directly aim at the bubbles to spray 2 to 3 times, and the effect will be better after mixing.

4. Clean the sprinkler.

Once the nozzle is blocked, the amount of water is reduced or there is no water, resulting in reduced processing capacity or even inability to work. When cleaning the spray nozzle, please unplug the nozzle and use a fine needle to remove the blockage inside the nozzle.

5. Clean the waterproof cover of the automatic glass machine.

Working for a long time will cause the cutting dust of the lens to adhere to the waterproof cover. If it is not cleaned in time, the cutting dust will be solidified and difficult to remove. Thereby affecting the observation line of sight. After processing each day, please clean it with a brush and a water spray container.

6. Clean the edging room.

Long-term processing will cause cutting dust to adhere to the clamping shaft, the chuck and the inner wall of the edging chamber. If it is not removed in time, the lens will be scratched, and the clamping shaft sealing ring will be worn and the machine head will be flooded. There are two cleaning methods from glass machine company as follows:

(1) Clean directly with a brush and water spray container.

(2) Enter the automatic glass machine cleaning mode for cleaning. This method can also clean the internal water supply pipeline of the automatic glass machine.

7. Clean the automatic glass machine and scanner housing.

After using the machine every day, it must be cleaned immediately. If you leave it for a few days and then clean it, the cutting powder will solidify on the casing and will be difficult to remove. Please clean the case with a soft cloth dampened with neutral detergent.

8. Dressing the polishing wheel.

When the polishing wheel is dull, the processing time becomes longer. In order to restore the performance of the polishing wheel, it should be trimmed (after polishing 1000 glass sheets).

Methods as below:

(1) Direct trimming

1) Wet the sand bar.

2) Boot up.

3) Scan the frame, and after the data is transmitted, start the machine to edging (without clamping the lens).

4) Turn off the machine after the nose is down.

5) Rely on the inertia of the grinding wheel, press the stone repairing rod up, and repair 4 to 5 times.

(2) Enter the polishing wheel dressing mode

1) Enter the menu.

2) Select the polishing wheel dressing mode.

3) Start the machine.

4) Rely on the inertia of the polishing wheel to press the stone repairing rod up and trim it.

5) Start once, and the grinding wheel runs for a few seconds, so that it can be trimmed 4 to 5 times.

9. For the automatic glass machine  that moves the head up and down by the support rod, you can also add a little watch lubricant to the support rod regularly.

Three, matters needing attention from glass machine company.

1. Ensure that the instrument is used in a suitable temperature and in a clean and clean environment, while avoiding direct sunlight and being dry and ventilated.

2. When the scanner is not in use, please cover the dust cover to prevent dust. At the same time, prevent foreign objects from falling in and cause unnecessary machine failure.

3. Do not place the instrument in an uneven or vibrating place.

4. Regularly check whether the connection of each cable is correct and whether the grounding is secure.

5. When changing the water tank, please do not pull out the power connector of the pump with wet hands. Do not let the water pump cable or connector get water in order to avoid electric shock.

6. When using tap water to directly supply water, please tighten the tap after processing.

7. When using two water tanks, check whether the water in the clean water tank is sufficient and whether the water in the dirty water tank is about to overflow.

8. When using circulating water, it is best to change it several times a day. Because dirty water will scratch the lens, block water pipes, solenoid valves and sprinklers. The accumulation in the water tank may also damage the pump blades.

9. Frequently check whether the pump is working properly and whether there is abnormal noise.

10. Check whether the suction cup sealing rubber is damaged, if so, please replace it with a new one. Because the powder accumulated in the cracks will scratch the lens and also cause the lens center and axis to shift.

11. Please use a neutral cleaning agent to clean the housing, especially the scanner housing, be sure to wipe it with a soft cloth.

To ensure the accuracy of the instrument, never touch the scanning probe when cleaning.

12. When cleaning the machine, be careful not to let the cleaning liquid enter the machine and the control panel, so as not to cause corrosion of parts, damage to electronic components or short circuit.

13. When cleaning glass dust, be careful to prick your fingers.

14. When dressing the grinding wheel, be careful not to touch the grinding wheel with your fingers.

15. When dressing the polishing wheel, the glass rough polishing wheel, resin sheet rough polishing wheel, fine edging wheel and polishing wheel should be dressed with different types of stone repairing rods. Wrong use will cause irreparable damage to the grinding wheel.

I6. In some machines, the grinding wheel of the resin sheet cannot be repaired.

17. Dressing the polishing wheel should be light, otherwise it will damage the wheel.

18. If the grinding wheel continuously repairs the same position, there will be grooves that cannot be repaired.
